What is the program?
What is the program?
The Paralegal Program is a pre-induction initiative by Vanguard Legal designed to support aspiring solicitors. It offers a hands-on introduction to the role, giving participants a preview of solicitor life before their official start date.
What will I learn?
What will I learn?
Participants will receive an official business card, accompany trainers on cell calls, and have the chance to ask questions about the solicitor role. When possible, you'll be given access to case evidence and asked for your input—testing how ready your solicitor instincts are.

The program runs until your official induction. To qualify for the program, you must attend the next available induction date, within reason.
